Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel is a famous childrens book about a man and his out dated construction equipment. This virtual incarnation of the book features a reading by actress Madeline Kahn. All pictures from the book are included and they are slightly animated at that.In addition to the reading the disk has on it four games: A Memory/Matching game, a maze, A pattern recognition game where one builds steam shovels, and a little area devoted to how steam shovels work.Also included is an interesting mini biography of author Virginia Lee Burton.
